  • Six members serving three-year terms (April 30)
  • Qualifications
    • Must be a Buffalo Grove resident
    • Experience as electrical contractor, journeyman, testing laboratory representative, or public utility representative

Purpose
The Commission recommends the following:
  • Safe and practical standards and specifications for the installation, alteration, and use of electrical equipment systems
  • Reasonable rules and regulations governing the issuance of permits
  • Reasonable fees to be paid for the inspection by the Inspection Department of all electrical equipment installed
